Gratitude

Are you ready to do the grateful exercise every night?

Gratitude Every Night

Before you go to bed at night you should write down at least 3 things you are grateful for in your life and ideally at least 3 things that you have achieved during your day too. This way you will go to sleep thinking about the good things that happened that day and not be focused on the things that did not go so well. The next morning when you wake up you should read the list that you wrote the night before and re-live the feelings you had when you wrote them, so that you start the day on a positive note and reinforcing the good things that are happening in your life.

Struggling to think of anything to be grateful about, then watch this little video from my good friend Jo Howarth about the simple act of making a Cup of Tea: FindYourFire.co.uk/CupOfTea
