- Ideally, the night before, write down the following (about the previous day) & re-read/re-live them first thing in the morning:
- Three things that made you happy/smile
- Three things you achieved
- Three things you want to achieve tomorrow (today now!)
- (Ideally also: Three things you are grateful for)
